The Public Hearing was Called to Order by Deputy Mayor Anna Marie Barclay at 6:30 p.m. with the following present:

Trustee Robert Bausch
Trustee Virginia Adams
Trustee Paul Cooper
Mayor Wayne Bailey - absent

Also in attendance: Administrator/Clerk -Treasurer Tracy Jong

The legal notice was published in the Batavia Daily on August 2, 2004.

The Deputy Mayor read the legal notice aloud and opened the floor to comments from the public regarding Local Laws No. 9, & 10 of 2004. Copies of the proposed local laws were available for public inspection at the Clerk's Office.
