Regular Meeting Minutes
May 25, 2005
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called
to Order by Mayor Wayne Bailey at 7:01 p.m. with the following present:
Trustee Robert Bausch - aye
Trustee Anna Marie Barclay - aye
Trustee Paul Cooper - aye
Absent: Trustee Virginia Adams
Also present were Linda Austin, DPW Supervisor Joseph Chimino, Dale Leiter,
Tom Williamson, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Alayne Mante, Carlton Mante and
Tally Almquist.
APPROVAL OF BILLS
A motion to approve the bills was made by Trustee Robert Bausch and seconded
by Trustee Anna Marie Barclay. The motion carried by the following vote:

Trustee Paul Cooper - aye
BUDGET TRANSFERS
A motion to approve the budget transfers was made by Trustee Anna Marie
Barclay and seconded by Trustee Paul Cooper. The motion carried by the

HISTORIAN'S REPORT
A motion to approve the Historian's report was made by Trustee Anna Marie

DPW SUPERVISOR'S REPORT
A motion to approve the DPW Supervisor's oral report was made by Trustee

Cooper to enter Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. The motion

Trustee Paul Cooper - aye
Executive Session was entered at 8:17 p.m.
A motion was made by Trustee Robert Bausch and seconded by Trustee Paul
Cooper to exit Executive Session. The motion carried by the following
vote:

Trustee Paul Cooper - aye
Executive Session was exited at 8:49 p.m.
