MINUTES OF BID OPENING FRONT-END MOWER

May 19, 2006
At 11:00 a.m., the bid announcement was read aloud and the sealed bids were opened at this time.

Present: Ed Miller - Bently Bros.
Nick Redancy - S.V. Moffett
Bob Miller - Goodridge Farm
Stacey Brown, Clerk-Treasurer
Joe Chimino, DPW Supervisor

The record shall note that (4) Vendors bids were sealed at time of opening. 4 Bids were submitted:

S.V Moffett - $14,493.00
Cazenovia Equipment - $13,394.70
Bently Bros. - $14,995.00
Goodridge Farm - $13,394.70

Sec.103-D Non-Collusive Bidding Certification is signed by all vendors and the bids were compliant upon review. The DPW Supervisor made several inquiries of vendors present. The DPW Supervisor will review the bids fully and present them to the Board for award.

The bidding opening closed at 11:09 am.
