The Village's Annual Community Action Day will be held on Saturday May 19th at 9:30am in Zuber Park, which is next to the Post Office. Recently the Village has been designated as a Tree City by the Arbor Day Foundation. This year we will celebrate Arbor Day with our Community Action Day, by planting flowers, and trees as well as hanging flower baskets and putting out flower boxes. DMV Drop Box Ready For UseApr 24, 2012
A Department of Motor Vehicle "Drop-Box" has been installed in front of the Village Office by Genesee County. Residents can place any DMV related paperwork in the box, as well as return license plates. Genesee County Employees retrieve the contents of the box twice a month. Fee revenue stays in the county instead of going to Albany. The Batavian was on hand for the box's dedication and published this article.

Congresswomen Kathy Hochul Visits BergenApr 16, 2012
On Thursday April 12th Congresswomen Kathy Hochul visited the Byron-Bergen Public Library to donate books for National Library Week. Afterward, the Congresswomen received a tour of the Village by Mayor Marsocci which included the Village Office, Gregory's Bakery, and Ralph & Rosie's. Newly Rediscovered Sketches Of Downtown BergenApr 11, 2012
Take a moment to view the newly rediscovered sketches of downtown Bergen. These sketches represents an idea of what downtown could look like, and are thought to be from the late 1970's or early 1980's. They can be viewed in the Photo Album section of the About tab.
